No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including the balcony. A penalty of ₱2,000 will be charged for any violation.
Quiet Hours

Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply will result in a ₱2,000 penalty.
Unauthorized Guests/Visitors

Sneaking in guests or visitors is strictly prohibited. A penalty of ₱1,000 per person will be charged, and the offending party is subject to immediate ejection from the premises.
Check-Out Procedure

Guests are required to inform us before leaving the unit for self check-out.
Key Policy

Charges will apply for taking the key off the property and for the duration it remains in your possession beyond check-out.
Refund and Modification Policy

No refunds will be issued. However, reservations may be modified up to 10 days before check-in, provided that the booking is fully paid at the final price.
